Mentone

Aptos Village is the home of the latest culinary adventure, Mentone (pronounced “men-tawn-eh.”). The chef and creator David Kinch of three-star Michelin restaurant Manresa, Kinch has lived in Santa Cruz for the past 22 years.

Reservations are not required but are recommended. We do set aside several tables, as well as the entirety of our bar for walk-ins.
